Where are you located in Lake Villa, IL?
113 Cedar Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046. We're just off Cedar Lake Road with on-street parking nearby.
What are your hours?
Tuesday 10–8, Wednesday 12–8, Thursday 10–8, Friday 10–6, Saturday 9–3. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Most of our clients come from Lake Villa, Lindenhurst, Antioch, Round Lake, Grayslake, Fox Lake, and the surrounding Lake County, IL communities.
Do you offer color correction?
Yes. Color correction is one of our specialties. It typically requires a short consultation first so we can plan the steps and time it properly.
Do you do balayage?
Yes — hand-painted balayage is one of our most-requested services. We're happy to walk you through whether balayage, traditional highlights, or a blend is the better fit for your hair.

Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. We're patient, gentle, and quick with kids — many of our clients bring the whole family.
Do you do men's haircuts?
Yes — sharp, considered, comfortably classic men's cuts are a regular part of the chair.
What products do you use?
We work with professional-grade color and care lines chosen for performance on real hair, not marketing. Ask in the chair and your stylist will walk you through what they're using on you.
Do you offer waxing?
Yes. Brow, lip, and facial waxing — fast, clean, and finished with care.
What's your cancellation policy?
Give us as much notice as you can. We're a small studio so a missed slot is hard to refill — please call as soon as plans change and we'll work with you.
Do you work with clients experiencing hair loss?
Yes. Shannon (the owner) personally handles private consultations for clients navigating medical-related hair loss, arranged discreetly and with patience.
