- What are your hours?
- Tuesday 10–8, Wednesday 12–8, Thursday 10–8, Friday 10–6, Saturday 9–3. Closed Sunday and Monday.

- Do you offer waxing?
- Yes. Brow, lip, and facial waxing — fast, clean, and finished with care.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Give us as much notice as you can. We're a small studio so a missed slot is hard to refill — please call as soon as plans change and we'll work with you.
- Do you work with clients experiencing hair loss?
- Yes. Shannon (the owner) personally handles private consultations for clients navigating medical-related hair loss, arranged discreetly and with patience.
